The family-friendly festive season spectacular, Christmas in Paradise, will be taking place in Surfers Paradise from Tuesday 13 to Saturday 24 December.
The magical 12-day festival features daily appearances from surfing Santa, Christmas lights, a raft of street entertainment and the highlight event – the hugely popular Carols on the Beach, capped by a massive fireworks display on Sunday 18 December (6pm – 9pm).
Following a huge turnout of 30,000 people in 2015, Carols on the Beach 2016 will be hosted by popular Sea FM announcer and former Hi-5 cast member Charli Robinson, alongside some of the country’s most talented performers.
Santa will be available for free family photos daily, and roving performers including acrobatic elves and cheerful carollers will keep the festive atmosphere buzzing.
